Recently a new perfincatalog of the former republic of Czechoslovakia has been published. The catalog is compiled by Vladimir Münzberger and Oldrich Spenar and published by POFIS, ISBN number 978-80-86405-48-3.
The new catalog is richly illustrated and entirely in the Czech language. It can be consulted by PCN members via the PCN library and if necessary may also be purchased through POFIS, email: stamps@stamps.cz.
