The PCN library, which can be used by all the PCN members, has two new catalogs. PCN chairman Rob Slim has
\ndonated his copy of the Handbook Poko’s Netherlands (the new poko catalog) which he received for his
\ncooperation, to the PCN library. For a description of this, see the section Catalog NL\/Manual poko’s NL<\/a>.<\/p>\n

\nAnd from PCN member Dick Scheepers I got the catalog of the perfins of Bosnia & Herzegowina over the period
\n1879-1918, which was released in 2022. He was a member of an international study group of the perfins of
\nBosnia and Herzegowina. The result of their study was published in 2022 in the form of a manual or catalogue.<\/p>\n

$\"\"$ \u00a0\u00a0 $\"\"$
\nThis catalog is in English and indicates to the user in which stamps the perfin appears. It also roughly
\nindicates whether it is an easy or difficult perfin to find, but also the period of use of the perfin and the location of the perforation in the stamp. It’s just a pity that the image of the perfin is not on actual size.
