The perfin was used between 1884 and 1914. The perforation fits exactly to the image in the Belgian perfin catalog.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-3857\" src=\"https:\/\/www.perfinclubnederland.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/04\/Info-RRC-in-Bel-cat-300x90.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"399\" height=\"137\" \/><br \/>\n<small><em>Fig. 2: the perfin RR&amp;C in the perfin catalog of Belgium<\/em><\/small><\/p>\n<p>When inquired in Argentina, this company turned out to be unknown there. It is also unknown how this Belgian perfin could end up in an Argentine seal.<br \/>\nIf you know more about this perforation, please let me know.
