That edition had since sold out, and a great many new finds had been reported.<\/p>\n<p>It was therefore high time for a new edition.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-10475\" src=\"https:\/\/www.perfinclubnederland.nl\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/08\/Nieuwe-NL-cat-207x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"223\" height=\"319\" \/><\/p>\n<p>This edition is based on the third edition.<br \/>\nThe changes are as follows:<br \/>\n&#8211; 35 new perfins have been included, while 4 have been removed.<br \/>\n&#8211; Over 4,000 new stamps have been added to the listings for already known perfins.<br \/>\n&#8211; The number of chapters has been significantly reduced because, for example, perfins on fiscal stamps and foreign perfins on Dutch stamps have been incorporated into the main list.<br \/>\n&#8211; Within each perfin entry, the stamps are categorized by stamp type.<br \/>\n&#8211; In addition to images of the front and back, an image showing the perfin&#8217;s deterioration over time has sometimes been included.<br \/>\n&#8211; The value ranges (indicated by background color) have been updated based on realized prices from the past 10 years.<br \/>\n&#8211; The number of value ranges has been reduced, making the color distinctions clearer.<br \/>\n&#8211; A separate bookmark is included, explaining the color coding and stamp types.<br \/>\n&#8211; We have more strictly followed the NVPH catalogue regarding the naming and ordering of stamps with different perforations.<\/p>\n<p>This 320-page, A4-format hardcover catalogue costs \u20ac 49.<br \/>\nShipping costs are additional: \u20ac6 within the Netherlands or \u20ac 11 outside the Netherlands.<\/p>\n<p>If you join the PCN at the same time you purchase this catalogue, you receive a \u20ac 13 discount. Membership costs \u20ac 13 per year if you live in the Netherlands, or \u20ac 18 if you live abroad.
